Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Once order Is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order.

When you receive your order, please open your package and place cooler items in cooler and freezer items in freezer. If you are not at home when delivered, please be aware of email that lets you know when your order has arrived. It is your responsibility to take care of your package and make sure it is in proper temperature once it has been delivered.

If you live in an apartment—please be aware of when your packaged is delivered. It is your responsibility to accept your package so you can put it in proper temp. You will receive emails letting you know about your order. These emails will go to the email address that you have entered for confirmation of order.

The cost of the shipping is based off of several factors. We are shipping out of Mississippi. Cost is calculated on zip code, weight, size, and if the product is cooler/frozen or dry item.

Returns

We do not take returns.  If you have an issue with your order, please email us at trotttersmarket@yahoo.com immediately.  Please include pictures of the issues.  If you could send pictures of box, product, and shipping label with issue please.  Thank You
